Enjoy a brilliant morning cooking scrummy seasonal food at this beginners class in the centre of Bath, sampling five lovely vegetarian dishes through a mixture of demonstration and hands-on cooking with tutor Lydia. From Squash Filo Parcels to Puy Lentils with Roasted Vegetables and Salsa Verde, crafted with fresh vegetables, this is a great reminder of how quick cooking can be just as tasty as something you’ve taken hours to prepare. Sit down with your fellow students to a veritable veggie feast with organic wine, before hitting the streets and exploring the city.
